The Shakespeare Galaxy® Style 5228-4 is a heavy-duty 4' extension mast made from high-quality fiberglass. It enhances antenna height for improved range and placement above obstructions. An upper support bracket is required if the total length exceeds 8 feet. This product comes with a 5-year warranty.

Shakespeare Galaxy® Style 5228-4 4' Heavy-duty Extension Mast

Like the 5228, but 4' length (nominal). Constructed of high-quality Shakespeare white fiberglass, and finished to match Galaxy antennas. This 1 1/2″ d"iameter extension mast can be used to increase height of an antenna and thus improve effective range, or to boost placement of an antenna above on-board obstructions.

IMPORTANT! If the combined length of your antenna and all extensions is more than 8 feet. you MUST use an upper support bracket

When I order my bracket, I put the wrong mailing address. So the post office returned it to Fast Boat Parts. Armen the rep. For Fast Boat Parts, Immediately returned my call & has been doing a great job of watching for the returned bracket, keeping me informed of the status.
