This Halyard Line Tensioner is a stainless steel fairlead tube that attaches to a stainless mounting bracket that has a jam cleat attached. This allows for an easy installation in the gunwale. When I order my bracket, I put the wrong mailing address. So the post office returned it to Fast Boat Parts. Armen the rep. For Fast Boat Parts, Immediately returned my call & has been doing a great job of watching for the returned bracket, keeping me informed of the status.
