The Flush Lock & Latch is designed for both smooth and carpeted surfaces, featuring a non-locking latch and a stainless steel "D" ring handle. It includes position indicators for easy operation and is simple to install in a 2-3/8 inch diameter hole. The latch is suitable for mounting surfaces between 3/8 to 7/8 inches thick. Enhanced water resistance is provided by two O-rings.

When I order my bracket, I put the wrong mailing address. So the post office returned it to Fast Boat Parts. Armen the rep. For Fast Boat Parts, Immediately returned my call & has been doing a great job of watching for the returned bracket, keeping me informed of the status.
